I guide women to nourishing foods and mindsets so they can thrive in motherhood
about tamra
welcome!
I am a homeschooling mom of two who cares deeply about mother + childhood wellness, prenatal health, nourishing foods, nurturing the nervous system, and tuning out the modern world for our God-given intuition.
My journey to becoming a holistic Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is rooted in the health journey I took alongside my son. When conventional medicine failed him, I took it upon myself to be his biggest advocate.
After months of meticulous research, I ditched the diet dogma and mainstream ways of band aid solutions and instead started giving him truly nourishing foods, supplements, and lifestyle swaps that gave his body the environment to thrive. His chronic eczema, stomach pain, SIBO, and extremely high oxalate levels soon dissipated and I had my healthy, happy boy back.
During this, I went to the NTA and started working 1:1 with clients, focusing on childhood wellness, preconception prep, and epigenetic health. Since having my daughter, I have created courses and ebooks so women everywhere could have the information needed while I am on maternity leave, but I am starting back with 1:1 services starting February 2024! Make sure to sign up on my email list if you would like to know when my practice officially reopens.
I believe in being a lifelong learner and leveraging preventative wellness so our miraculous bodies can better handle the inevitable stressors of life.
I am so glad you are here and thankful for your support!

These are a few of my favorite things…
- Drinking a hot mug of coffee with raw cream while watching my children play every morning
- Homeschooling my children from the very start and being present for every lightbulb moment and unlocked passion
- Getting to witness the amazing transformations of the families who have entrusted me to work with them on their health journeys
- Reading God’s word and having a strong faith. It’s what carried me through when I lost my sweet mom to cancer in 2021
