This burger bowl recipe is delicious, customizable, and ready within 30 minutes. The other great thing about this recipe is that it’s the perfect meal to hide some nutrient dense liver! You can do this by purchasing separately and mixing it with the ground beef, getting it premixed like in Force of Nature, or adding in some Pluck Organ Seasoning.

The Benefits of Liver
When it comes to nutrition certain foods stand out as true powerhouses of essential nutrients. One such food is liver, which is regarded as nature’s true multi-vitamin. Despite its somewhat polarizing reputation, liver is an incredibly nutrient-dense organ meat that offers an array of health benefits that may surprise you.
- High-Quality Protein: Liver is an excellent source of high-quality protein, which is essential for tissue repair, immune function, and hormone production
- Vitamins: Liver is rich in vitamins, including vitamin A, vitamin B12, riboflavin (B2), folate (B9), and vitamin D. Vitamin A is critical for vision, immune health, and skin integrity, while B vitamins are essential for energy metabolism and overall vitality
- Mineral Abundance: Liver contains minerals such as iron, zinc, selenium, and copper. Iron is vital for oxygen transport and preventing anemia, while zinc and selenium play crucial roles in immune function and antioxidant defense
- Coenzyme Q10: Liver is a natural source of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), a powerful antioxidant that supports cellular energy production and heart health
- Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Liver is a source of omega-3 fatty acids, which contribute to brain health, inflammation control, and cardiovascular well-being
